An Indian native, Murari lal Saini is
currently a dance teacher and choreographer in india. His professional credits include the
National and International level dance programs. He has also appeared as a principal dancer in
India. He not only presents his shows in India but also in Nepal, England, Paris, London, France, Denmark, Russia, Moscow, Fari
Island and Sweden etc.
Murari lal Saini and Karens Minde Culturehouse had
together arranged a public cultural evening on the 31th, January 2002 for indian dance. Murari was
carrying the cultural arrangement with Bente Nielsen as interpreter and
translater of different dances. The Culturehouse had red lamps and ekstra
chairs had to be carried in to the public. The arrangement became an experience,
where both the danish and the indian guests got a manysided insight in indian
dance and culture. Murari highly fulfilled the expectations of the Culturehouse.
Murari strives
for excellence as a teacher and continues to look for creative ways
of motivating and inspiring dancers of all ages. He brings
knowledge of both coasts to his teaching having been awarded
many times. Murari's style ranges from “classic” jazz to
“funky” and includes an emphasis on technique development and
performance. He currently adjudicates and teaches on the dance
competition and Convention.
Murari has also participated as an astt. dancer in bollywood movies i.e, jai
kaurali maa, jwala daku, devdas, lagaan, kisna, pyar ka tarana, zubeida etc.
He got many state level prizes i.e, state level prize by jawahar kala kendra,
special honour by om sena natraj prize by classical art, district level prize by
nehru yuva kendra and first prize by attraction dance group.
